We have a no returns policy in place for digital products. Kindly note that once the Downloads are purchased, no cancellations or refunds will be granted as orders are processed instantaneously.

Our digital downloads are designed to be compatible with various devices and operating systems.

Our wall art print files are in the PNG format so both the Windows and Mac operating systems will be able to work with this file type.

Below are all the canvas or poster sizes that you can print using our print files. For example, if you would like to print a 12×18 inch sized poster, you can choose the 2:3 aspect ratio print file to print. 

This will ensure that your print quality remains at 300 DPI or more. This just means that the printing  will be of high quality.

We strongly recommend visiting your local print shop or using printing services like Vistaprint, Prints of Love, or any other similar printing services that offer superior printing services for you to print the designs onto different types of end products like posters, and canvases.

If you choose an online printing service, all you have to do is to go to the selected platforms and

1. Choose the product type. Choose if you want to print on a poster, canvas, or any other file type

2. Choose from the sizes they have in their options

3. Make sure to upload the correct aspect ratio print file. So if you would like to print a 16×20 size canvas or poster, you need to upload the 4:5 aspect ratio print file on their platform.

The print files are already formatted to be at a specific resolution to fit the various aspect ratios and we have also ensured that you can achieve high-quality prints at 300DPI.

While minor resizing can be done without significant loss in quality, it is generally recommended to print the files in their original sizes for optimal results.
